Healthy Clubs
The Healthy Club project aims to help GAA clubs explore how they support the holistic health of their members and the communities they serve. GAA clubs already contribute to the health and wellbeing of their members by providing opportunities to develop their physical, social, emotional, and psychological health.

Updated 5th May 2021:
Since the start of 2020, Uibh Laoire GAA has been part of the GAA Healthy Club programme. This means the club runs events which are separate from playing activities, it is done with a view of creating a healthier club mindset where by people outside of playing members can benefit. So far due to Covid 19, our initiatives have largely consisted of walking events which promote physical fitness.
If anyone wishes to join the Healthy Club planning group, please contact Ciara at 0857794653 - new members are always welcome.
